I recently went through the interview process for the Principal Design Director position at Microsoft, and I’d like to share my experience. This role focuses on leading design teams to create impactful user experiences, driving design strategy, and ensuring alignment with business objectives across various Microsoft products and services. 1. Overview of the Interview Process
